I have hosted with them for almost 1 year. I was tempted by their prices in domains and hosting as well. But, as we all know, "you will get what you pay for" is really applicable for Hioxindia too. Here are problems I faced with them.

Slow servers
Poor customer support, they are not friendly and not available 24*7.
Less latency
Very high website downtime.
They give huge discounts on for the first year of domain purchase ( a common practice in industry) but after that, renewals expensive than the competition. Also,if you need something like privacy protection, you will have to purchase it separately.

My recommendation is to do not go with them if you are serious about your business. If the lower price tag tempt you, be aware you will have to compromise with something else.

I was a hosting customer of godaddy a few months back. Their servers were very poor. My site was always down. When i contact the technical team, no proper response from them. Was fed up. Then, one of my friend suggests hioxindia for hosting my website. I shifted my hosting space from godaddy to hioxindia and its unbelievable !!! Their services are topnotch... Uptime and traffic is fair. Support team is quite flexible. I would suggest hioxindia for perfect web hosting services.

No doubt their plans are very cheap, but their services are worst. Never use Hiox India for hosting your domain. I face a lot of problems with their server and tech support team.
You don't imagine I wait 45 minutes, but did not get a response from chat support. They are attracting people to take their services and after that people have to suffer a lot. I have hosted my domain their and the problem I got are:
Server anytime down, without any information
They block your IP without any information and put an allegation that you had done something wrong.
They do not transfer your domain without taking extra money.
They always said, there server is good, but the reality is there server is worst.

If you are going to buy a domain, then please read another review. On google page they have put a self review by their employees.
